Most respectfully I beg to say that my name has been struck off due to long absence from school. I had been suffering from cold and fever for seven days.

My Parents are in Sialkot due to their job. There was no one to take my application to school.

Therefore, I request you to accept my request for re-admission in the school. I shall be careful in future. I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.
