Madam,
Most respectfully, I beg to state that I belong to a poor family. My father is jobless for the last six months and there is no other earning member of the family.
Therefore, I cannot pay my school fee. As for my studies I have always shown good result in the house examination. I, therefore, deserve this concession both, on the basis of poverty and efficiency in studies.
I hope you will consider my request sympathetically.
